Kite’s Book Sword Fights – The Thrill of Real Danger

For his next ambitious project, 6th Street Playhouse Artistic Director Craig A. Miller is staging the West Coast premiere of Kite’s Book: Tales of an 18th Century Hitman, written by Robert Caisley. Miller has brought back the talented Marty Pistone to choreograph the potentially dangerous sword fights called for in Caisley’s script. The performers have been hard at work for about two weeks practicing their sword dueling skills. To get a peek at their progress, watch the short video below.

Kite’s Book: Tales of an 18th Century Hitman runs for 15 performances from September 30 through October 23, 2011. For tickets visit the box office, go online to, or call (707) 523-4185. Tickets on sale now!
